Happy Birthday W/O Raymond Yeo!!!
Hmm.. nice to where UM students are not only studying but growing spiritually too.. As for UTM we have been doing things or two.. Next event for IKUTM(UTM CF) is habitudes..
A leadership course started by Tim Elmore.. Basd on Christian values.. The teachings are for both the christian and non christians.. We got 2 options whether to use the faith based(biblical) or value based.. The committee chose value based to reach out to more people..
I'll eloborate more on Habitudes later on.. Just to let you know it's a visual base course.. i.e. uses picture to depict certain leadership values.. Coz i myself havent been through the course ye..hehehe
By the way guys remeber the song making a difference? Lyrics goes like(chorus)
We want to run to the altar,
Catch the fire....
Guess what I meet the person who penned that beautiful song.. His name is Teo Poh Heng or in City harvest church he is known as Bro Poh..
He is an excellent guitarist and singer.. He is one of the Praise and worship leaders in church and the assistant music director.. I was lucky enough to join one of his classes where he shared the art of worship leading.. (1 month back..I think..)
Bet you are wonderin how he looks like???
Cool rite.. hahahaha..
Read what simon wrote.. and you never know Simon someday you can be like him.. or even better.. hehehe.. You never know one of your songs could be or might be the song of that generation.. So keep on penning those songs of yours!! yeah rock on bro...
